After a period of time has passed, you will have not just one, but multiple functionalities of your product, achieved through the agile way. This is possible because Developers, Designers, and Testers work simultaneously and co-dependently. We divide every subtask into sprints of two weeks, crossing out elements one after another. In order to make sure that everyone is on the same page with what is expected of the project, we have daily scrum meetings. During these meetings, tasks are assigned to specific team members.
